This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the service exceeds expectations. The attention to detail is impressive. From the comfortable beds to the well-maintained rooms, everything is taken care of. The location of this hotel is perfect for those flying in or out of Evenes airport. It's conveniently close, making it an excellent choice for a stopover.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

Number is an apartment with a kitchen. Also, an advantage can be attributed underground garage, proximity to downtown and the ferry dock, there is a sauna. Staff speaks Russian.

Nothing. But there is a caveat - the hotel has no reception. It is necessary not to forget the code that allows you to open the box with the room key otherwise you'll have to call and find out already in place.

The hotel is located in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, offering a quiet and relaxing environment. the breakfast offered a good variety of food, including fresh fruits and local specialties. the shuttle service from the nearby airport was very convenient and cheap.

The rooms facing the street can be noisy, and the heating system may not work properly, making the room uncomfortably cold. the staff can be unreliable and may overcharge or make mistakes with payments.

All members of staff were very friendly and approachable and went out of their way to help us in all ways.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking the lake. It was so convenient to be only a 15-minute drive to the airport.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

No complaints, 1 remark however: There is only frequent public transport to the nearby airport. Infrequent transport to other locations. The hotel is well located for people that bring either their own car or other transportation

The hotel is located only about 15 minutes from the Harstad\Narvik airport.

Location very good and area beautiful. Breakfast and dinner buffet aslo very good.

We were given the absolute worst room in the hotel for two consecutive nights. We booked online for one night, but decided to stay for two when we got to the area. Our room was downstairs at the far end of the hall. The windows in our room were fogged over from a defect in the double pain glass and we could not see the beautiful scenery outside. But no matter when we opened a window we were looking directly into the garbage bin outside our room. The entire area under our window was littered with trash and construction debris. Our room had no access to the free internet requiring us to go up the hall and stand outside the next room to get a signal to use our computers. The tv was a new flat screen but it had no signal on any channels. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor the first night and the shower leaked into the bedroom are under the wall soaking the carpet. We told the manager of the leaking plumbing and the shower was repaired but the sink still leaked much water on the floor. We were given only one bath towel and no hand towels or bathmat. All in all for the money this hotel is not worth it.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the airport and with easy access to public transportation. The rooms were clean and had a wonderful view of the fjord. I appreciated the shuttle service provided and the self-service breakfast that was available early in the morning.

The accessibility for people with disabilities needs to be improved. The door frames and room layout were not wide enough for a wheelchair user to navigate comfortably.

The hotel is not far from the Narvick/Harstad airport. The manager/front desk person seemed like a nice man and did not give me any difficulties when I changed our stay from 2 nights to 1 night. The dinner buffet (220 nor) is filling.

The hotel is on (literally) the road from the airport to Bogen. There is a beautiful view out the back of the building (which is on a fjord) as long as you look into the distance. The closer view is of a gravel construction site on which there seems to be several huts being built.There were no black-out shades (this was June above the Arctic Circle) and the room o was overall "Spartan" in the extreme.
